Research has shown that 80% of the contents of a skip, can be air. If you can reduce the amount of air you can significantly reduce your waste costs. The KenBay Rotorpac waste compactor does just that. A KenBay waste compactor takes up little more floor space than a standard wooden pallet, yet amazingly can compact the entire contents of a waste skip into one polythene waste bag. This represents a compacting ratio of 6:1!

KenBay manufactures and refurbishes Mill Size Balers and Rotorpac Compactors, along with a wide range of other equipment used for waste management.

The KenBay HB 510 is a semi automatic vertical baler with a 36 tonne press plate. The HB 510 will produce 500 – 550 kg bales of plastic or cardboard; bales which are truly mill size.

The Rotorpac Compactor is roughly the size of a standard pallet. It compacts material at a ratio of 6:1 and produces a 1m3 bale of product contained in a bag. The compact size and high compaction ratio make it ideal for placing at the source of the waste being generated, saving time and effort moving waste internally.
